Shipping policy

At this time we only ship within the United States. We offer free shipping for orders over $75.

Please allow up to 2 days for us to prepare and package your order. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is fulfilled. For Economy shipping, please allow 5-8 business days after fulfillment. For Standard shipping, please allow 3-4 business days after fulfillment.

Once the package leaves our hands, Piel Morena Imports is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. However, if your package arrives damaged, please take photos of your package and contact us within 24-hours from delivery and we can help submit a claim with the carrier.
