When will you launch more products online?

At this time, we offer a select and limited amount of products online. Sign up for email updates to be notified of new arrivals.

Do you offer custom orders?

Absolutely. Whether you need wedding decorations, a new set of glassware, or working on your next home project, we can help bring your vision to life. To inquire about a custom order, please submit a contact form.

Where do your products come from?

We work with artisans throughout Mexico that are skilled in embroidery, waist and pedal loom weaving, tin and clay work and more. Products are sourced from Oaxaca, Hidalgo, Guerrero, Chiapas, Morelos, and Puebla. 

I saw or purchased something I loved. Will you always have the same products in stock?

Our artisanal selections can vary over time. Please send us an email if you’re looking for something specific and we will do our best to continue sourcing the products you love.

What about imperfections? (Scratches, scuffs, paint marks, etc.) 

Every piece we sell is hand-made, hand-painted, hand-carved, or hand-woven, which means imperfections are common in the goods we source, but those imperfections are what make each product unique. 

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. Refunds or returns are not accepted.
